- CAPA & Non-Conformance: Drive rigorous Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) analysis to establish effective, systemic changes in the QMS.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Responsible for executing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) frameworks for the development, launch, and implementation of new programs and products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive technical manufacturing issues to true root-cause solutions. Manage and resolve all supplier quality issues.
- Process Optimization: Deploy Lean Six Sigma tools to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, product conditions, and operational throughput.
- Team Development & Training: Mentor, guide, and upskill the quality engineering team. Serve as the overall owner for all site-applicable training compliance requirements (including ESD, 5S, C-TPAT, Operations, and Repair/Failure Analysis).
