Quality Manager Position Available

Job Description

Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies.

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.

Maintain and update quality documentation and records.

Train staff on quality standards and procedures.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality.

Ensure adherence to industry regulations and certifications.

Lead the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with customer and IATF requirements.

Manage and develop the Quality team.

Drive customer satisfaction and resolve quality concerns.

Lead corrective actions, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, and other automotive quality tools.

Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to improve quality performance.

Monitor quality metrics and manufacturing processes to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

Support audits and maintain quality system compliance.

Provide technical leadership in foundry and automotive manufacturing quality processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

5+ years of Quality Management experience

Foundry experience

Automotive manufacturing experience

Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)

Experience managing customer quality and supplier quality activities

Proven leadership experience managing quality teams
