Quality Manager

Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis, Kaizen, standard work, 5S/6S, visual management, and process mapping tools

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, analyze data, and communicate results to leadership and frontline teams

• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, coaching, change management, and interpersonal skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt certification preferred

• Experience supporting quality management systems, including ISO 9001, UL requirements, ASTM specifications, customer audits, corrective actions, and audit follow-up.

**Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent manufacturing experience may be considered

• Five or more years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, or continuous improvement; wire and cable manufacturing experience preferred

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt certification preferred
