Quality Manager for Ground Systems domain

For our site in Haifa, we are looking for a Quality Inspector for the Ground Systems domain

In this position, you will have the opportunity to influence product quality and engineering processes from development stages through collaboration with customers and suppliers in Israel and abroad

In this role you will

Support development processes and engineering reviews with design subcontractors in Israel and abroad, including conducting quality audits, leading improvement plans, and monitoring performance

Perform quality control processes for subcontractors and suppliers

Lead quality activities in the Ground Systems domain customers, suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement interfaces

Lead failure investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of corrective and preventive actions

Be responsible for qualification processes, acceptance inspections, FAI activities, and configuration control according to customer requirements

Provide professional support for complex quality issues with strong technical and mechanical understanding

Requirements

Practical Engineer or Engineering Technician degree in Mechanical Engineering

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements

Experience with airborne systems and working with subcontractors - Advantage

Knowledge of quality standards ISO9001 and AS9100 - Advantage

High level of English, both written and spoken

Willingness to travel abroad frequently for supplier support, audits, and customer meetings

Strong ability to lead cross-functional processes, work independently, maintain a systems-oriented mindset, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
