Salary: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and implement quality assurance systems for a state-of-the-art manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and administration of plant-wide quality management systems to comply with ISO 9001 standards
• Develop and implement quality training programs for staff
• Address quality issues with vendors, customers, and internal teams
• Review and update quality standards and procedures to ensure program effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management (TQM, SPC, ISO 9000 / 9001) in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with quality-related software and computer systems
