Quality Management SpecialistOur client is a leading manufacturer of electrical assemblies and fixtures serving commercial and residential markets, including offices, hotels, and restaurants. Based just outside Chicago, the company employs approximately 130 people and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and reliable customer service.Job DescriptionDesign and implement a quality management system best suited for our business model.Develop, implement, and maintain quality-related KPIs for all sites.Manage and oversee the RMA process within all North American manufacturing facilitiesOversee & participate in Customer Satisfaction activitiesParticipate in design for manufacturability activities for cost effectiveness & productManage & Maintain revision control on all production and quality documentation and records in accordance with best practices and business objectives.Work closely with vendors on quality issues to bring to a conclusion.
