Quality Management Leader

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems in compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Own quality metrics and KPI performance, driving initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Develop PFMEAs and control plans to support customer programs and manufacturing processes. Manage corrective and preventive action programs, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and closure. Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement efforts. Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, providing quality system performance updates to senior management. Interface directly with customers to ensure quality expectations and objectives are consistently achieved. Support business growth by assisting with new customer onboarding and program launches. Manage departmental budgets, resources, and staff development initiatives. Champion continuous improvement programs, quality initiatives, and best practice deployment across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience leading and maintaining quality management systems in a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting contract manufacturing, electronics manufacturing services (EMS), SMT, or complex assembly operations. Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and related regulatory standards. Proven leadership experience managing quality teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies. Knowledge of FDA quality requirements and aerospace regulatory standards is highly desirable. CQE, CQM, ISO Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Ability to lead customer audits, site visits, and regulatory assessments. Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to ITAR-controlled data requirements.
