Quality Management Leader

Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure quality is embedded across all operational processes and functions. Own and maintain the Quality Manual, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Analyse quality data, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee internal audit programmes and ensure system effectiveness. Manage supplier and vendor quality communication and issue resolution. Ensure team training on process control, inspection techniques, and quality best practices. Conduct inspections and quality control checks when required. Drive compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards, acting as the key representative for audits and certifications.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent RF/microwave industry experience. Proven experience in RF and microwave manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of military specifications (e.g. MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-38534) and industry drawing standards. Hands-on experience with chip and wire technologies, including inspection and quality processes. Experience interpreting customer specifications and statements of work. Background working closely with suppliers to implement quality requirements. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain procedures, controls, and documentation systems. Experience training teams on quality processes and standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive improvements. Proven leadership experience supervising technical teams and quality activities. Excellent communication skills, including technical report writing and audit coordination.
