Position: Quality Manager

Description: This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing company in Asheboro! You will oversee a small quality department across multiple shifts, ensuring standards and deadlines are being regularly met. This role works closely with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure proper standard operating procedures are in place and being followed. This person will investigate quality issues with customers and vendors as needed. You will also support the safety initiatives and standards for the manufacturing teams. - Minimum of 4 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Experience creating quality documentation and work instruction documents preferred
- Strong communication, computer, and leadership skills required
- Knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action plans, and related quality processed required
