Quality ManagerLead all plant quality activities and personnel. Manage quality systems, audits, and compliance requirements. Drive corrective and preventive action initiatives. Oversee customer quality concerns and resolutions. Monitor and improve quality metrics and KPIs. Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. Partner with operations and engineering teams on process improvements. Develop and mentor quality engineers and technicians. Manufacturing industry experience required. Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100. Experience leading audits and quality systems. Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
