Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements. Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits while ensuring timely completion of corrective actions. Oversee nonconformance investigations, MRB activities, and root cause corrective action initiatives to prevent recurrence of quality issues. Provide leadership and technical guidance to quality inspectors and technicians across all stages of production. Champion continuous improvement programs utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and other quality methodologies. Ensure accurate quality documentation, inspection records, and complete product traceability. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns and improve performance. Support supplier quality initiatives, including supplier evaluations and corrective action management. Develop and present quality metrics and KPI reporting to leadership, driving data-based decision making.

The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline. Demonstrated quality leadership experience within aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is required. Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS9102 (FAI), ISO 9001, NADCAP, and related quality standards is necessary. Experience leading audits and working with regulatory requirements such as FAA and EASA is essential. Expertise in GD&T and advanced quality tools including RCCA, FMEA, SPC, APQP, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is required. Experience utilizing ERP and Quality Management software systems is also required. Proven leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential. ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA) and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
