Shift: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Join our team at the Robert Young Center as a Quality Management Clerk! In this role, you’ll help support high-quality behavioral health care by ensuring medical records are accurate, complete, and reliable. Your work provides essential information that supports our clinicians and leadership, helping improve patient outcomes and strengthen the care we provide every day.

Responsibilities:

• Review electronic medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.  
• Collect, validate, and analyze clinical and statistical data for reports, graphs, and scorecards.  
• Support process improvements and performance initiatives to enhance patient care and program effectiveness.  
• Ensure compliance with Rule 132, HIPAA, 42 CFR, and other regulatory standards.  
• Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to provide insights and support data-driven decisions. 

Qualifications:

Education:  

• High school diploma or GED (required) 
• Bachelors’ Degree (preferred) 

Experience:  

• Experience in quality management, resource utilization, or research.  
• Behavioral health experience is a plus, but not required, less than 1 year is acceptable. 

License(s)/Certification(s):  

• None
