Pay: $19.27-$21.27 per hour, based on position

• 2nd Shift - Priority Hiring: 4:00 PM-12:30 AM
• 3rd Shift: 10:15 PM-7:00 AM

• Team Leader: $19.27 per hour
• Project Supervisor: $21.27 per hour

Position Summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking dependable, hands-on leaders for Team Leader and Project Supervisor opportunities in Anna, Ohio, with an immediate focus on filling two 2nd Shift Project Supervisor positions.

In these roles, you will help guide Quality Inspectors, coordinate daily work, and ensure customer quality and safety requirements are followed. We are looking for leaders who communicate clearly, take ownership, coach others, and stay focused when priorities change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach Quality Inspectors in customer manufacturing facilities.
• Assign daily tasks and communicate work instructions, priorities, and expectations.
• Monitor inspection activities for accuracy, productivity, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Promote safe work practices and address concerns promptly.
• Identify quality issues, support problem solving, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate project records and communicate progress during shift handoffs.
• Build professional working relationships with employees, customers, and site leadership.
• Support project setup and the development or implementation of work instructions.
• Travel locally to customer manufacturing plants or warehouses as assigned.

Team Leader Focus

Provide hands-on direction to inspectors, help organize daily assignments, demonstrate inspection procedures, and keep the team informed and productive.

Project Supervisor Focus

Oversee project execution and team performance, coordinate staffing and training, communicate with customers, and manage project setup and reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, quality inspection, or production experience.
• Leadership experience guiding, training, or supervising employees; two or more years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred for Project Supervisor candidates.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and explain work instructions.
• A dependable attendance record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work the assigned shift and travel locally to customer facilities as required.
