    Quality Lead Description Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves. Responsibilities: + Instruct, correct, and train employees in the proper use of inspection equipment and the performance of their work. + Establish a planned quality audit system in compliance with third party auditors. + Develop process audits and frequencies for torques and welds on safety sensitive joints. + Ensure proper equipment is used for the accuracy of measurement as required by specifications and recommend new equipment that may be needed so capital can be assigned. + Communicate non-conforming conditions to groups responsible for ultimate resolution. + Plan, schedule, and coordinate the inspection group on legacy production and NPI programs. + Maintain and leads the process for gauge recall and calibration system. Must be able to interpret part/assembly blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
