Quality Lab Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Lab Technician to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role is responsible for performing laboratory testing, maintaining and calibrating equipment, and ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong technical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative laboratory testing following established procedures
• Accurately input, track, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools
• Compile, interpret, and present test results in a clear and organized manner
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all laboratory activities
• Follow all safety guidelines, quality standards, and workplace protocols
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications:

• Previous laboratory experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
