ABOUT THE ROLE
The Quality Lab Technician performs incoming raw material testing and in-process testing for the manufacturing operation of Malarkey Roofing Products under supervision, ensuring that materials meet quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Audits manufacturing processes.
Performs chemical and physical property tests under supervision, including:
Asphalt - Softening point, penetration, flash point, viscosity, basic DSR, filler %.
Product - back coating, granular adhesion, tears, seal thickness, shingle color, shingle dissection, copper content.
