Job Title: Quality Lab Team Coordinator
Job Description
The Quality Lab Team Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for laboratory operations during the assigned shift. This role combines hands-on quality testing with team leadership, ensuring that laboratory procedures are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with production needs. The coordinator supports quality control activities across raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products, while acting as a key liaison between manufacturing and quality functions. Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility with a climate-controlled laboratory environment. The coordinator works primarily in the lab, using standard laboratory instruments and equipment to perform chemical analysis and quality testing. The setting emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization, with an expectation that the lab remains inspection-ready at all times. Work involves regular interaction with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented atmosphere. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
