Quality Lab Manager - Mississippi County, AR (Relocation Offered)

A well-established manufacturer is seeking an onsite Quality Lab Manager in Mississippi County, AR. Reporting to the Director of Quality, you'll lead the plant's quality lab team, own lab procedures and specifications, and drive a strong product safety and quality culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop Quality Supervisors, Lab Technicians, Quality Specialists and a Micro Technician, scheduling around production needs
• Manage the Quality Lab budget and capital spending with the Director of Quality
• Maintain manufacturing standard procedures, batch sheets, lab procedures and customer specifications
• Build and deliver ongoing lab training plus safety and quality training for new hires
• Lead 5S, risk assessments, management of change and foreign material prevention in the lab
• Analyze process capability data and drive improvements that cut cost and raise accuracy

What You Bring

• 4+ years in quality management or quality lab leadership in a regulated manufacturing plant
• Experience managing lab staff
• SQF and HACCP experience strongly preferred
• A science degree is a plus but not required
