Quality & Inventory Technician - Label RoomLocation: New Albany, OHDepartment: Warehouse & LogisticsSchedule: Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM-6:30 PMPay: $20.00-$23.50/hour to startAre you detail-oriented and good with inventory?We're looking for a Quality & Inventory Technician to join our Label Room team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, issuing, and reconciling product labels to make sure production has the correct materials when they are needed.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with inventory, SAP, quality checks, and detailed processes.What You'll Do
Receive and inspect product labels and enter inventory information into SAP.Verify labels for accuracy and ensure they meet established quality standards.Issue product labels to production orders and stage label cages for production.Process label returns and complete label reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory.Perform physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.Work with Quality, Production, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve label issues.Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs).Operate and maintain automated label-processing equipment.Help ensure labels are processed and available ahead of production schedules.Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and extremely detail-oriented.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.1+ year of warehouse, inventory, quality, or clerical experience preferred.SAP experience strongly preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow detailed procedures and complete tasks on time.Comfortable working with computers and inventory systems.Ability to work independently while also working effectively with a team.
Physical RequirementsThis is a hands-on position, not a desk-only job.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, push, pull, and reach.Ability to sit and work at a computer when needed.Ability to use hands to handle materials and equipment.Must wear required PPE.
