    Description

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with Mandatory OT

    Compensation: $25.20 to $27.20 per Hour

    Essential Functions Statement(s)

    • Perform daily QI checks and audits to verify that all quality hold product is properly identified,
    • Monitor the piece-pick line to keep quality hold, restricted, or controlled product out of active bins and out of the picking process.
    • Perform daily QI checks, audits, and cross-checks between hold records and warehouse inventory to confirm hold product is properly identified, stored, and accounted for.
    • Place and release product on quality hold as directed, verifying each transaction is correctly reflected in the system, and follow up on batch restrictions unreleased beyond two weeks.
    • Maintain the IMS QI Watchlist, process QI sample and Return-to-Plant shipments, and coordinate additional testing or disposition with the production plant.
    • Maintain the quality database tracking all holds, releases, testing, and related activity; process Certificate of Destruction requests and coordinate customer-directed destruction per established procedures.
    • Perform QI inspections, special audits, and mock recalls (as requested or at least twice annually), and respond to all QI-related emails and requests.
    • Complete end-of-day reconciliation of the QI sheet against LX02 inventory and send required status updates to the QI, Industry, and USIR groups.
    • Monitor and process Scrap Notices and Response Actions.
    • Monitor temporary and overflow bin locations (HUISIF, SCRAPWM, SCRAP, LOSIF, and similar) to ensure product is not stored in unauthorized areas for extended periods.
    • Verify that scrapped product from outbound shipments is properly removed from the inventory system, and process all warehouse scrap transactions daily.
    • Complete SAP 303/305 transactions for overages and shortages identified during QI inbound inspections.
    • Perform quick counts, cycle counts, and required documentation to resolve inventory discrepancies as they arise, and complete a full warehouse inventory count at least quarterly.
    • Create and process quarterly and annual inventory documents, maintaining overall accuracy at or above the contractual requirement of 99.5%.
    • Investigate and report lost or missing pallets, and process inventory and pallet adjustments (including SKU restacking or reconfiguration) accurately and on time.
    • Monitor for inventory discrepancies, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain accurate records to support audits and customer requirements.
    • Maintain reliable attendance and report to all scheduled shifts.
    • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and safety, security, food safety, and quality standards, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of customer, inventory, and operational information.
    • Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, management, QI staff, production plants, and customers, and maintain working knowledge of SAP and proficiency in shipping, receiving, and related office functions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent.
    • Experience: Two (2) years’ experience in Inventory Control.
    • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer or tablet skills; intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP.
