Quality Inspector Location: Toledo Region Bowling Green, OH Blissfield, MI surrounding areas Position Type:** Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing Quality Inspection Pay 1st Shift: $15.00 hour 2nd & 3rd Shift: $16.00 hour Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours Weekend Pay: Time and a half for **all hours worked on Saturday or Sunday**, even if you have not reached 40 hours for the week. Job Duties This position works with a quality inspection company supporting manufacturing facilities throughout the Toledo region. Responsibilities may include: - Inspecting manufactured parts for quality - Counting and sorting parts - Identifying defective or non-conforming parts - Working directly on manufacturing production lines - Following quality and safety procedures - Traveling to different client facilities within the Toledo region as needed Travel & Mileage **Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license are required no exceptions.** This position supports the **Toledo region**, which may include Bowling Green, Napoleon, Blissfield, MI, and portions of Southeast Michigan. - Employees must be prepared to report to different facilities based on workload. - Travel of **up to 40 miles round trip from your home to the assigned facility** is part of the position and is not mileage-reimbursed. - When an assignment requires **41+ miles round trip**, mileage is reimbursed at **$0.50 per mile**. - Regular commuting to and from your assigned work location does not otherwise qualify for mileage reimbursement. - A new project is expected to begin in **Blissfield, Michigan**. Until that project starts, most new employees will likely work in **Bowling Green, Ohio** or other locations within the Toledo region.
