Description

MMI Engineered Solutions is looking to add a Quality Inspector to our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for performing inspections, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting production teams in identifying and addressing quality concerns. The Quality Inspector will play an important role in ensuring parts and processes consistently meet establish quality standards. Schedule: A set home shift of 7:30am – 3:00pm, with cross-shift coverage on morning, afternoon, or night shifts as needed.Key Responsibilities:Maintain First Article samples and VAS (Visual Acceptance Standard) boardsMaintain Quality Process books, while ensuring all parameters on inspection check sheets are filled during each run.Perform dimensional checks on parts being manufactured.Support production teams on quality issues and containment actionsAssist with floor inspections, including process books, gaging parts, and internal sorting.Contribute to plant-wide 5S (Clean, Organized, Safe) initiativesCover all shifts as needed, including call offs and scheduled vacation time. For a definite or indefinite period of time.
