Quality Inspector
Direct Hire
1st shift: 7AM-3:30PM
Job Responsibilities
Inspect PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assemblies under magnification.
Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections.
Identify soldering defects and workmanship issues.
Interpret and apply IPC standards and acceptance criteria to ensure product quality.
Perform hands-on soldering and rework as needed (preferred but not required).

5+ years of electronics manufacturing inspection experience
Current IPC-A-610 certification preferred
Strong experience inspecting PCB assemblies under magnification
Ability to identify soldering and workmanship defects and interpret IPC acceptance criteria
Experience with first-article, in-process, and final inspection
Familiarity with ESD controls, inspection documentation, and nonconformance reporting
J-STD-001 certification or hands-on soldering/rework experience is a plus
