Sr. Quality Inspector

Location: Simi Valley, CA
Pay: $29 - $39 per hour DOE
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

JSG is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Simi Valley, CA, to hire an experienced Sr. Quality Inspector / CMM for their 2nd shift team.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect aerospace parts, products, and processes using precision measuring equipment.
• Verify dimensions, specifications, and workmanship against engineering drawings and planning requirements.
• Identify irregularities, defects, and nonconformances.
• Perform inspections and determine product acceptance.
• Complete inspection records and quality documentation accurately.
• Set up inspection equipment and perform required inspections with minimal supervision.
• Work independently while supporting overall quality objectives.
• Assist with training and mentoring less-experienced inspectors when needed.

Qualification:

• Aerospace inspection experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and planning documents.
• Strong understanding of dimensional inspection and precision measurement.
• Experience using a variety of inspection and testing equipment.
• Ability to perform inspection setups and determine product acceptance.
• Ability to complete quality documentation with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• CMM experience strongly preferred
