Education Requirements
Experience Requirements
1-3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing, machine shop, cleanroom, semiconductor, or similar production environment.
Proficient in reading engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T.
Experience using precision measuring equipment, including:
Calipers
Micrometers
Optical Comparator
Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
Other inspection and test equipment
Knowledge of machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, coatings (paint, powder coat, plating), and assembly inspection preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and manufacturing databases.
Basic math skills and strong analytical abilities.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do
As a Quality Inspector you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications. You will use precision measuring equipment, document inspection results, identify nonconforming materials, support corrective actions, and help maintain quality records while promoting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
A Quality Inspector helps organizations maintain high manufacturing standards by inspecting products throughout the production process. This role combines technical inspection skills with strong documentation and organizational abilities.
The Quality Inspector evaluates materials, components, and finished products using established quality procedures while maintaining accurate inspection records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Consistency and attention to detail contribute directly to manufacturing success.
