Job Details:
1. Conducting regular quality inspections and audits of the manufacturing processes and finished products using tools like Calipers, Micrometers, etc.
2. Utilizing your knowledge of metal inspection techniques to ensure the quality of our metal products.
3. Identifying quality issues and implementing effective solutions to rectify them.
4. Documenting inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works, and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
5. Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
6. Collaborating with the production team to implement quality control programs and improve manufacturing efficiency.
7. Participating in problem-solving teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience using inspection tools such as Caliper, Micrometers is essential.
3. A deep understanding of metal inspection techniques.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions.
5. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas.
7. A strong commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
