Quality Inspector - Foley, AL
6-Month Contract | 1st Shift | $35/hr | 5 Openings

Responsibilities
- Perform precise inspections on electrical activities, in-process and finished goods, including First Article Inspections
- Accurately document product characteristics and technical details
- Identify, report, and help prevent potential quality issues
- Initiate Quality Notifications for non-conforming products
- Apply quality assurance procedures and review hardware documentation
- Use calibrated measuring instruments and precision measurement tools
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve quality issues
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, or vocational/technical education in a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or product inspections
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications
- Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools
- Ability to pass a color/vision test
- Willingness to work varying shifts or overtime, as needed
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Aerospace or similar inspection roles (2+ years)
- Familiarity with SAP and operating software
- Basic math proficiency (fractions, percentages, etc.)
- AP license
- Strong document review and error identification skills
- Computer literacy for data entry and information retrieval
