Quality Inspector

Netzer Metalworks is currently hiring Quality Control Inspectors

5 years + experience recommended.

Quality Control Inspectors monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products or materials. Inspectors, are tasked with conducting tests, analyzing measurements, and overseeing production processes.

• Inspecting machined parts and other finished goods for conformance to customer-defined standards.

• Accurately document the results of all testing and inspections in accordance to AS9100 standards.

• Maintain controlled electronic documents and test records in a timely and accurate manner.

• Coordinate the calibration of all company measurement and test equipment.

• Performs other duties as assigned to maintain efficiency throughout the company.

• Minimum of 1- 2 year’s inspection experience in a machine shop / manufacturing environment.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.

• Ability to use Standard measuring Equipment i.e. Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges.

• Experience with PC-DMIS with CMM is a plus.

• Familiarity with ISO standards a plus
