Description
Final QC Inspector
· Monday thru Friday: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with OT
· Must be available to start at 5:00 am
· The pay rate of 20.00 to 22.00 an hour
· The job location is Plano, Texas
· Temp To Perm.
This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive defect-free assemblies.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections of completed CCAs and assemblies per IPC-A-610 and company standards
Verify component placement, polarity, solder quality, labeling, and overall workmanship
Use microscopes, magnification, or other inspection tools to check fine-pitch components
Record inspection results, complete quality checklists, and tag nonconforming units
Communicate defects or process issues to supervisors or engineers
Follow ESD, safety, and documentation procedures
Qualifications
Requirements:
Prior electronics or manufacturing inspection experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and inspection criteria
Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610) a plus
Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills
