    Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team in Cleveland OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.     Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
    • Utilize measuring tools and equipment to assess product specifications and tolerances.
    • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
    • Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
    • Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures and standards.
    • Participate in regular quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Provide training and support to production staff on quality standards and best practices.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality assurance or related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in quality inspection or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in using measuring instruments and quality inspection software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
