We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team.     We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our growing team. This is a key position responsible for ensuring our fabricated parts meet the highest standards of accuracy, durability, and compliance.

    What You'll Do

    • Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and final products for dimensional accuracy and quality.
    • Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection equipment.
    • Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections.
    • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (including GD&T).
    • Identify and document non-conformances and collaborate with production on corrective actions.
    • Maintain inspection records, logs, and reports accurately.
    • Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification preferred).
    • 2+ years of inspection experience in sheet metal fabrication or similar manufacturing environment.
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
    • Proficient with precision measuring tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical documentation.
    • Basic computer skills (Excel, QMS/ERP systems a plus).
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    • Work Location: In-person in Bloomingdale, Illinois
    • Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm
