    Overview

    As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting products at various stages of the manufacturing process. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to delivering top-notch products to our customers. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.

    • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records inside the ERP system.

    • Identify defects and non-conformities, and communicate findings to relevant teams.

    • Collaborate with production staff, supervisors, and engineers to achieve tasks and improve efficacy.

    • Participate in quality audits and assist in the development of quality control procedures.

    • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance quality processes.

    • Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies.

    • Use automated systems to perform complex testing and measuring procedures.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control is a plus.
    • Proven experience in mechanical quality inspection or a related field.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
    • Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances and knowledge of data and statistics.
