Our client in Bellows Falls, VT is looking for a
Quality Inspector to join their growing team! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a growing company!
Your qualifications for the
Quality Inspector position are as follows:
- High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree preferred
- 3+ years inspection experience
- ASQ Certified Quality Inspector is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency with measurement tools
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of GD&T, shop math, metrology, and blueprint interpretation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys and other quality practices
- Ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift

As the
Quality Inspector your duties will include:
- Inspect incoming materials
- Inspect in process and final products
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Select appropriate measuring tools and understand correct operation
- Record data in computer system
- Ensure company processes are followed and recommend improvements as appropriate
- Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational continuous improvement objectives
