Quality Inspector - Multiple Shifts
Location: Anna, OH
Pay: $17.27 per hour
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:30 AM
- 3rd Shift: 10:15 PM - 7:00 AM
- Split Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Mid Split Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Position Summary
Stratosphere Quality is accepting applications for current and future Quality Inspector opportunities in Anna, OH. Applications will be considered as openings become available, based on operational needs and shift availability.
As a Quality Inspector, you will support automotive manufacturing operations by inspecting, sorting, and evaluating parts to ensure they meet established quality standards. Your attention to detail will help identify defects, contain quality issues, and support consistent production quality.
This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in developing skills in quality inspection and manufacturing operations. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, sort, and evaluate automotive parts and components according to customer and company quality standards.
- Identify and separate nonconforming products using established work instructions.
- Support quality containment activities to help prevent defective parts from moving through production.
- Perform basic production activities and accurately enter inspection results and other required data into company systems.
- Use measuring devices and inspection tools to verify product quality; training is provided.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality requirements, and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate quality concerns, defects, or process issues to supervisors and team leaders.
- Adapt to changing production needs and work at various customer locations as assigned.
- Meet attendance, productivity, and quality expectations.
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to travel locally to customer sites when required.
Preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or quality inspection experience.
- Experience using basic measuring tools or conducting visual inspections.
