Auditor is responsible for verifying all of our products - stampings, welding and assembly to the customer's specifications. He/she is also responsible for all quality inspection per the customer requirements and must maintain audits to ensure compliance to all regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform 1st pieces buy off
- Measure parts on gauges
- Perform audits at all layers of operation
- Perform gage R&R
- Support the production and quality departments in problem solving
- Responsible for quality assurance holding cage -Crib-, which has new parts, changed parts, and prototype parts
- Execute all job responsibilities, not specifically listed here, that may be determined necessary by the Quality Manager
- Demonstrates through personal action, a strong commitment to disciplined adherence to process and procedures
- Actively contributes to and participates in continuous improvement initiatives
