Quality Inspector – 1st Shift

Nesco Resource is now hiring experienced 1st Shift Quality Inspectors for a local facility in Conover, NC. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity!

Job Description and Requirements

• Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.

• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns.

• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of Quality Control/Quality Inspection experience.

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Candidates will be required to interview with the client prior to starting.

• Facility is non-climate controlled, with fans located throughout the facility.

Pay: Starting at $18.75/hour

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Overtime: Candidates must be flexible to work overtime. Most days may require working up to 12-hour shifts based on production needs.
