This role combines health care quality improvement expertise, strong recruiting skills, and project management experience.What you'll doRecruit and enroll hospitals to participate in quality improvement initiativesBuild relationships with administrators, DONs, and clinical leadersProvide quality improvement coaching and technical assistanceManage project timelines, deliverables, and participation trackingFacilitate meetings, trainings, and collaborative learning sessionsWhat you bringRN degree required (Master's preferred)3+ years hospital RN experience3+ years in health care quality improvement (hospital preferred)Critical access hospital experience preferredExperience with recruitment, outreach, or sales/partnership developmentKnowledge of hospital operations and quality programsStrong communication, organization, and project management skillsAdvanced remote work technology experienceExperience maintaining a CRM database The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 based upon the candidate's relevant experience.
