You'll work across teams to make sure our programs meet contract and grant requirements, prepare for audits, strengthen processes, and identify opportunities to make the way we work even better.This is a great role for someone who loves organization, problem-solving, improving systems, and working with people. You'll collaborate with case managers, housing teams, leadership, community partners, funders, government agencies, and other stakeholders. You'll take complex requirements and help turn them into practical processes that support both our staff and the clients we serve.You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to new program development, staff training, organizational initiatives, and quality improvement projects.
