The Quality Improvement Advisor II leads and supports data-driven, service line–aligned performance improvement initiatives that advance the organization’s priorities in quality, safety, access, and value-based care. This role partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to translate performance data and regulatory requirements into actionable, sustainable improvement strategies, ensuring measurable results across priority service lines and populations.
The position applies improvement science, analytics, and change management within the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) framework to advance outcomes, reduce variation, enhance patient experience, and optimize performance across internal goals, regulatory requirements, and external benchmarks. The advisor embeds accreditation and regulatory standards into all improvement efforts, ensuring ongoing alignment with federal, state, and accreditation requirements. The role leads data-driven quality assurance monitoring and performance improvement initiatives, including identification of gaps and development of corrective action plans to sustain compliance and drive measurable improvement.
