" 18+ years in Quality Engineering, test automation, test transformation, or technology delivery, including technical leadership of enterprise QA programs preferably in Insurance & financial services
" Deep expertise in Quality engineering strategy, functional and regression testing, test automation, data and ETL testing and QE transformation.
" Working knowledge of tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, Postman, JMeter, LoadRunner, GitHub, Jenkins, DevOps, Rally, and test-management platforms.
" Experience applying AI/GenAI to test design, test-data generation, script creation and maintenance, defect analysis, risk-based testing, intelligent regression, and quality insights.
" Strong pre-sales background, solution design, estimation, proposal defense, presentations, and pursuit-to-delivery execution.
