Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of manufacturing or quality experience
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Ability to lead cross-functional groups to resolve concerns
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High level of analytical and statistical skills
- Ability to positively influence change
- Ability to handle complex issues and multi-tasking
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prior work experience in the industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Manufacturing Quality experience
- Black Belt or Green Belt Certification
- Knowledge of Assembly, Machining, and Gear processes
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Implement interim and permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues
- Manage and direct statistical process control activities
- Identify sources of variation within a production environment
- Establish tolerance limits and facilitate appropriate corrective actions
- Support expedited concern resolution with cross-functional teams
- Review internal/external suppliers for critical characteristics process compatibility
