The Production Rapid Response Team leads cross-functional efforts to ensure new and existing products are designed for efficient, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing. This role leads rapid changes to design engineering, manufacturing engineering, and operations to implement producibility improvements.

This role blends hands‑on engineering expertise with program‑control responsibilities, ensuring technical excellence while fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess product designs for manufacturability, assembly complexity, tooling requirements, process capability, production scalability, testability and test synergy improvements
• Drive designs for cost, quality, reliability, and manufacturability improvements
• Develop and improve production processes, tooling, fixtures, equipment, and test methods
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for yield improvement, cycle-time reduction, capacity improvement, and cost reduction

This position is in Dallas.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or System Engineering or a related discipline
• Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• 8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing, or product development
• Manufacturing Process knowledge: CNC, electronic and electro-mechanical fabrication and assembly, assembly and automation
• Engineering and Drawings GD&T, datum and tolerance analysis, surface finishes, material specifications, special processes
• Electronics manufacturing and testing
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong background in DFM/DFA and production process development
• Alternative Inspection and automated inspection implementation
• Experience transitioning products from prototype to production
• Experience with complex mechanical, electromechanical, aerospace designs

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
