Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about us:
Our client is a privately held manufacturer of ruggedized electronics serving the defense and aviation markets. Its team designs and builds computers, printers, and related equipment that have to keep working in places where ordinary hardware fails, from cockpits to vehicles to field deployments. Customers include prime contractors and government programs that expect every unit to perform as promised.
The company began with engineers and operations leaders from the military and aerospace world. It remains a focused, founder influenced business where leadership is accessible and decisions move quickly. The team is small enough that your work is visible, and established enough to hold long term program relationships. The facility is in Southern California, and this role is onsite.
Why join us?
Real ownership. In a lean organization, the quality engineer is a trusted voice on the floor and in program reviews, not one name in a large department.
Meaningful products. The equipment you help release goes into aircraft and mission critical systems, so the stakes are high and your contribution is easy to see.
Variety. You will work across custom designed and modified products, so no two weeks look the same.
Direct access to leadership. Short reporting lines mean your recommendations get heard and acted on.
Stability and growth. A long running private company with repeat customers offers a steady footing and room to expand your scope as programs grow.
