With decades of innovation and significant investment in emerging technologies, they offer employees the opportunity to work on mission-critical solutions shaping the future of connectivity and electronics.Job DescriptionAct as the primary quality engineering representative supporting foundry manufacturing operations and process improvement efforts. Evaluate manufacturing processes and product controls, identifying opportunities to improve quality, yield, and operational performance. Partner closely with Operations, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to investigate and resolve manufacturing challenges. Lead root cause investigations and corrective action activities related to customer quality concerns. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials consistently meet quality and performance requirements. Support reviews of process, material, and manufacturing changes, providing quality guidance throughout implementation. Participate in internal audits, quality system initiatives, and continuous improvement programs. Analyze manufacturing data using statistical methods to identify trends, drive decisions, and enhance process capability. Develop quality metrics, reporting tools, and performance indicators that support proactive quality management. Communicate quality risks, opportunities, and recommendations to engineering teams and leadership. Champion quality engineering best practices across manufacturing and technical organizations.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience within semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, quality engineering, or related environments. Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and device technologies. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Experience with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Control Plans, Process Capability studies, or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Familiarity with JMP, Minitab, or related statistical software is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100D, IATF 16949, MIL-STD-883, or MIL-STD-750 standards is advantageous.
