    About this role:

    Fuse is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our energetic and growing team! This is an opportunity to work closely with Quality Management providing reliable reports and process improvement recommendations to monitor and improve overall product quality. In this role, you will support the company's full business quality management system and production team. Fuse is an innovative, design-driven environment that delivers elegant engineering solutions.

    What you'll do:

    • Provide daily quality engineering support to production and manufacturing teams, resolving quality issues and minimizing disruption to production schedules.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure products meet engineering specifications, drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements.
    • Investigate and disposition production nonconformances, defects, and material issues, including containment and root cause analysis.
    • Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities and coordinate disposition of nonconforming material.
    • Support supplier quality issues, including supplier rejections, incoming material nonconformances, SCARs, and supplier corrective actions.
    • Support implementation of inspection plans, control plans, process controls, and sampling plans.
    • Assist with process audits, product audits, and internal QMS audits, including identification and closure of audit findings.
    • Ensure production quality records are accurate, complete, traceable, and maintained in accordance with QMS and AS9100/ISO requirements.
    • Escalate significant quality issues and provide leadership with clear communication regarding production impact, containment status, root cause, and corrective-action progress.
