Quality EngineerOur client is an established and growing manufacturer known for delivering innovative products to customers across multiple markets. The company offers a collaborative environment where engineers have visibility, influence, and the ability to drive meaningful operational improvements.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and continuously improve quality standards, procedures, and control systems.Investigate warranty returns and collaborate with suppliers to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.Partner with regulatory and certification organizations to ensure compliance with industry standards and government requirements.Design and validate testing methods while establishing quality benchmarks for manufacturing processes and finished products.Oversee calibration, maintenance, and effectiveness of production and testing equipment.Lead corrective and preventive action programs to improve product quality and operational performance.Manage customer quality concerns and drive effective resolution strategies.Support manufacturing process development through process optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide technical expertise and product support across cross-functional teamsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
