In this role, you will collaborate across Project Management, Sales, Engineering, Testing, Field Service, and Quality departments to ensure insights from field experiences are seamlessly integrated into superior designs and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the entire warranty process from validation through resolution, including cost analysis.
- Investigate warranty data trends to identify and mitigate recurrent issues.
- Facilitate effective corrective actions, ensuring sustainable and long-term solutions.
- Conduct detailed analyses of field failures to ascertain primary causes.
- Oversee contract and project evaluations utilizing performance data from the field.
- Analyze historical design, material, and application risks.
- Develop comprehensive quality plans with precise CTQ requirements.
- Champion initiatives aimed at reducing warranty claims through product enhancements.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate quality improvement efforts.
- Guide structured problem-solving exercises, ensuring lasting corrective measures.
- Act as a key technical resource for clients and support field service teams, including traveling for onsite assistance when needed.
- Create dashboards and tools to enhance visibility of warranty data and project risks.
- Travel may be required, up to 40% of the time.

- Maintain oversight of warranty trends and identify potential risks.
- Leverage field data to guide technical and business strategies.
- Cultivate connections between warranty outcomes and design intentions.
- Guarantee effective accountability across diverse functions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with 3–7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or a similar certification is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in failure analysis techniques and root cause investigations.
- Expertise in quality and problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D, A3, CAPA, PFMEA, DFMEA.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly in Excel.
- Capable of interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
- Aptitude for assembling and disassembling components based on drawings.
- Experience within a PMO structure (CAPM certification is a plus).
- Familiar with statistical software such as Minitab, SAS JMP, or Power BI is beneficial.
