Investigate internal and customer quality issues. Monitor and report quality KPIs. Support customer, supplier, and internal audits. Develop and maintain quality documentation. Participate in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan activities. Analyze process data and identify improvement opportunities. Drive scrap reduction and process capability improvements.
