They combine a collaborative, close-knit culture with the resources and stability of a larger global parent organization.Job DescriptionSupport manufacturing by monitoring quality and resolving production issues in real time. Conduct and participate in internal audits and cross-site audit activities. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective/preventive actions. Partner with engineering and production teams to improve process quality and consistency. Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and control plans. Experience in quality engineering or manufacturing environments (open to early-career). Knowledge of ISO 9001. Experience with auditing and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma/Lean). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Clearance.What's on OfferCompetitive salary $80K-$110K base.
