Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Engineer with 5 7 years of experience in high-volume medical device manufacturing, with strong hands-on experience supporting molding processes and quality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support molding process setup, operations, test runs, and product quality testing.
- Develop and maintain PFMEA for molding/manufacturing processes.
- Perform DOE and process characterization to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Investigate quality and yield issues using structured root-cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Drive continuous improvement and yield improvement activities.
- Analyze test/process data and prepare records, charts, graphs, and technical reports.
- Provide quality support to process development and engineering teams.
- Interface with customers and cross-functional manufacturing/quality teams.
Must-Have Skills :
- 5 7 years of Quality Engineering experience
- Medical device manufacturing experience
- Hands-on Molding / Injection Molding process experience
- PFMEA
- DOE & Process Characterization
- ISO 13485
- Quality testing and process validation
- Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Strong communication and customer-interface skills
- B.E. / Engineering degree
